Backtagging: YES! Automatically yes in all cases. As an rper I can kind of be a flake sometimes, so if I've left a thread hanging, please don't hesitate to poke me or even resort to the dreaded comment edit to get my attention. In 95% of all cases I'll be happy to pick back up, no matter how old it is.
Threadhopping: Yes. I've almost never had this happen before, so I'm almost curious to see how such a thread would play out.
Fourthwalling: Yes...ish. I'm not totally averse to it, but it doesn't really float my boat as an rper. Use sparingly, please.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Rape. Almost anything else is fine; if you're not sure, just check. I don't bite.

Hugging this character: Yes. Andy hasn't a whole lot of affection in his life and will be hella awkward at reciprocating, but go for it.
Kissing this character: Yes. See above, with extra special emphasis.
Flirting with this character: Yes. He may or may not reciprocate, though.
Fighting with this character: Yes! Andy's had some military cadet training and has a mean right hook. It's not enough to beat anyone who knows what they're doing, but he'll give them a fight.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes! I don't have any reservations, so injure away.
Killing this character: Yes. Discussion first would be welcome, though.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes! Andy has no telepathic defenses, so his mind would be an open book for a telepath. Keep in mind, though, that his head's got some pretty dark corners in there.
